The second-hand marketplace Shoppers Express Displeasure Over Sizing Updates
Members of the platform have expressed outrage following a change that caused products showing incorrect sizing.
The popular resale platform has altered its sizing categories for women's and children's garments without notifying all users about the change.

Numerous buyers and vendors are expressing on platforms saying Vinted listings now show a modified sizing category than originally posted due to the recalibration.
The company said the revised method more closely matches similar services.
They have suggested members to examine their items and manually change the size where appropriate, resulting in member annoyance.
Sizing System Changes
Earlier, the sizes had both numerical and alphabetical indicators, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has an alphabetical indicator and numerical range for example S/UK 8-10.
In some cases, the sizing has been recategorised - like an L measurement was previously a 12 but is now a UK 16-18.
User Stories
Frankie Bridger, who creates plus-size fashion videos, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult".
"Few clothing companies classify XL as 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Another user, from Glasgow, stated items she posted on Vinted with size 14 labels were appearing on the platform as larger sizing 20-22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they will likely be quite upset," she said.
Necessary Adjustments
Charlotte Lunn, from Derby, said she had been left angered by the change as she had to manually change the sizes on "every single listing".
"This situation is especially annoying, because of my ongoing medical condition and Vinted sales have been crucial following partial earnings loss," she stated.
Service Background
The platform boasts over 100 million shoppers, including 18 million in the UK.
It has emerged as a preferred choice versus similar marketplaces including eBay and Depop.
This isn't the first time where an unanticipated change within the service has received backlash: previously, Vinted reversed a change regarding delivery choices after backlash from users.
